The Hood River Extreme Trail is formally known as the Post Canyon/Mitchell Ridge Trail. It
is part of
Seneca Fouts Memorial State Park and
Wygant State Park.
You get there by going west out of Hood River. Post Canyon Road is a gravel road and goes through the ride site.
Park about a 1/2 mile into the road and start riding. It is well marked and a wonderful ride.

Some parts are a little more extreme. I leave the log riding to others.
